Baby Sitting part 4

Suddenly Brenda felt a weight on her head, and something pressing against her face reaching up she realized a large hat now sat on her head,  it’s furry form feeling soft against her fingers. “This… isn’t… funny… anymore.” She said turning back to Jared,  for some reason she was having a hard time talking, her mouth seemed to be getting harder and harder to move, when she relaxed it settled into a neutral pose, from which it was reluctant to move. Her body similarly felt odd, as she brought her arms down she felt them moving in jerky half-steps accompanied by a loud clicking  when she moved.

“You’re gonna be the best toy in the army!” Jared said smiling down at her, yes, down, even sitting he now was easily a foot taller than she was now, which made her, what, two feet tall? It was hard to focus on things like height when her body seemed to be rebelling against her will. Try as she might to scream she couldn’t get her mouth to respond anymore, it remained stuck in it’s pose. Her hands similarly were stuck at her sides, leaving her frozen from the waist up, she tried to run, her legs making loud clicks and clacks as she lurched forward, for a moment she had a glimmer of hope of making it to a phone or help of some sort, before her legs snapped to attention and turned sharply around….
